Healing with Holly Dale

Hello, my name is Holly and I am a Holistic Therapist. I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher. I have a background in Musical Theatre and performed professionally for seventeen years on tour and in London's West End.

Until 2020 I lived as a perpetually anxious and often chronically exhausted person. I never dreamt that this could change. Covid 19 provided time for me to reflect on how I was feeling in my day to day and through meditation and energy work, I began to soulfully transform my life.

 

Being a holistic therapist means that I work with mind, body and soul, rather than just the mind. I work outside of any rigid framework or formulas, tuning into you and your uniqueness and allowing this to guide the sessions. I combine talking therapy, meditation, hypnotherapy and intuitive work.

 

Often, we try to talk and think our problems through over and over and wonder why we still remain stuck. In our heavily cerebral world, many of us have become disconnected from the power and wisdom of our bodies. Reconnecting with the body can allow us to shift and change what has remained stagnant for years.

I am here to be by your side through your transformation. I can help you let go of limiting stories and start to live a soulful life. I'm not here to give you something that exists outside of yourself. I am here to help you recover what is already inside of you. Something that has been waiting for you to re-access it it all along. Your power, your wisdom and your light.
